At Stellic, total compensation packages are tailored to each candidate and take into account job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training and current market conditions.

Stellic is growing, and we're looking for a Product Delivery Lead to own partner success for one of our core product areas. You'll sit directly inside a product squad — alongside PMs, engineers, and designers — not off to the side in a services org. This is a role for someone who gets energy from hard problems — the kind of person who sees a broken process and immediately starts mentally redesigning it. If you love figuring things out, you'll thrive here.

ABOUT US

We're building a future where every student can move through their education with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our platform transforms the student experience, giving them the tools they need to make the right decisions about their degree plans, track their journey, and build an education and career path that's truly their own.

Stellic is a fast-growing startup backed by leading social impact investors, partnering with top institutions like Cornell, Columbia, UVA, and Ohio State to support over 1 million students across 7 countries. As we scale to serve more universities worldwide, we remain deeply committed to this mission, driven by our values, and committed to building a high-performance team that's here to make a lasting difference on both students' lives and higher education.

ABOUT YOU

You're the person people call when something is stuck. You don't wait for clarity — you go find it. You think in product logic and systems, not just deliverables — you're always asking why something works the way it does, and how it could work better. You have a natural instinct for taking something messy and making it clean, whether that's a broken implementation, a confused partner, or a process that's been held together with duct tape for too long. You care deeply about doing the work well, and you bring that standard to everything you touch.

AS OUR PRODUCT DELIVERY LEAD, YOU WILL OWN

  • Partner Implementations: Lead end-to-end implementation of your product area — from requirements and solution design through configuration, validation, and launch — while holding a high bar for quality and readiness at every stage.

  • Solution Design: Help partners translate their institutional goals into effective, sustainable product setups. You're the expert in what good looks like, and you make sure partners get there.

  • Deep Troubleshooting: When something breaks or stalls, you dig in. You don't just triage — you solve, and you bring others along when needed.

  • Training and Enablement: Turn complex product capabilities into confident, independent partners. You know how to teach to a wide range of stakeholders and make it stick.

  • Product Feedback Loop: You're the eyes and ears on the ground. You spot what's confusing, repetitive, or broken, and you turn those observations into actionable input for Product and Engineering.

  • Scale and Productization: You have a restless habit of asking "why are we doing this manually?" and then fixing it — through better configurations, repeatable patterns, or product improvements.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar partner-facing delivery role

  • A track record of deep product mastery — you've owned a product area before and become the go-to expert on it

  • Strong implementation architecture instincts — you know how to design solutions that are both effective today and scalable over time

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills — you're comfortable sitting with ambiguity and moving problems toward resolution without waiting to be unblocked

  • Comfort with data — you can work through CSVs, troubleshoot spreadsheets, and dig into messy datasets when the answer is buried in them

  • Clear, concise communication — partners and internal teams always know where things stand when you're involved

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
