The Role

We are seeking a motivated, versatile Partner Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide partners through the full lifecycle, from implementation and change management to go-live and ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and successful experience at every stage.

As a Regional Partner Success Lead, you will leverage your communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and consultative approach to build strong relationships, drive adoption, and champion partner satisfaction with Stellic’s degree management platform. You’ll collaborate closely with both partners and internal teams to remove roadblocks, streamline processes, and help institutions realize the full value of Stellic.

What You’ll Do

Implementation & Onboarding

  • Own the full enterprise implementation journey for our higher ed partners, combining functional consultative expertise with our proven project approach, guiding the partners so that they can confidently lead the work on their end.

  • Create and follow detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Guide and collaborate with partners to create and configure a Stellic solution that meets the needs of their staff and students

  • Collaborate with data architect team to deliver fully remote data migration, integration with existing systems, and configuration

  • Provide exceptional onboarding experiences leading to high Partner satisfaction (Implementation NPS of 80+)

Partner Success

  • Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across partner institutions

  • Establish clear success metrics and drive product adoption and utilization

  • Manage product NPS of +80 through exceptional service and adoption

  • Identify upsell opportunities that increase impact on campus

  • Own renewals end-to-end to achieve 95% retention rate

Training & Education

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse user roles

  • Create educational materials to support product adoption

  • Achieve +70 NPS ratings for training effectiveness

Who You Are

  • Located in Sydney Australia with ability to travel to east coast (NSW region) to visit partners and International travel

  • 4+ years Partner service/success experience

  • Experience with education technology, student information systems, or similar B2B SaaS support

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Higher education or edtech industry experience

  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and mitigate risks

  • Relationship Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder environments effectively
