About Stellic

We’re building a future where every student can move through their education with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our platform transforms the student experience, giving them then tools they need to make the right decisions about their degree plans, track their journey, and build an education and career path that’s truly their own.

Stellic is a fast-growing startup backed by leading social impact investors, partnering with top institutions like Cornell, Columbia, UVA, and Ohio State to support over 1 million students across 7 countries. As we scale to serve more universities worldwide, we remain deeply committed to this mission, driven by our values, and committed to building a high-performance team that’s here to make a lasting difference on both students’ lives and higher education.

The Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with multiple enterprise partners to deliver the implementation of a unified and student-centric degree management platform. As a Project Manager, you will manage and lead implementation projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic, including Implementation consultants, Engineering, Integration, and Product teams. You will be part of the larger Partner Success team, which is entirely focused on delivering value for our college and university partners.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Implementation Consultants to lead multiple onboarding projects at once, keeping things moving and partners supported from start to finish.

  • Bring the right people into the conversation at the right time to keep scope aligned and timelines on track.

  • Build deep knowledge of the platform and how our partners are using it; not just what it does, but why it matters.

  • Collaborate across teams to unblock issues and keep work aligned — with clear priorities and strong follow-through.

  • Turn complex needs into clear, actionable plans that partners and internal teams can rally around.

  • Define project timelines, coordinate milestones, and make sure key activities are delivered on time.

  • Proactively manage risk and resourcing. Know when to escalate, how to prioritize, and what tradeoffs make the most sense.

  • Help hit our most important goals: strong project outcomes, high partner satisfaction, and long-term impact.

  • Keep the partner’s voice at the center, and advocate for what they need across Product, Engineering, and Partner Success.

Who You Are

  • PMP or project management certified

  • Experienced leading high-stakes, customer-facing projects in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Comfortable working with large, complex institutions and navigating layered priorities.

  • Skilled at keeping pace in a fast-moving, high-growth startup.

  • Fluent in project management tools like SmartSheet, Monday.com, etc.

  • Exceptionally organized. You know what matters now, what’s coming next, and what takes priority.

  • Communicates clearly across levels.

  • Knows how to influence without authority and move things forward without friction.

  • Grounded in PMI best practices, with a clear understanding of how to apply them in real life.

  • Ready to be on-site with partners when it adds value.

  • Adapts quickly when things change and keeps a positive tone while doing it.

  • Invested in building strong relationships, internally and externally, and knows how to handle sensitive situations with tact.

  • Experienced in documenting processes and bringing structure where it’s needed.

  • A strong negotiator who looks for solutions that make sense for everyone involved.
