About Xip
Xip partners with the world’s best instructors to help more people achieve their goals.
A note from the founders
We’re repeat entrepreneurs teaming up for the fourth time to tackle a problem that we both have as consumers. We love learning things online, but we're often frustrated by the limitations of one-size-fits-all content. Xip's personalized approach helps people learn faster, give up less, and experience more aha moments.
We raised $5M from top edtech investors, and now we're building the core team. If this sounds like the right fit then we’d love to hear from you!
- Chris & Eddie
The role
You are the glue that ties together product, engineering and instructor success. You’ll leverage our current product plus off-the-shelf no-code/low-code tools to build and run the processes, automations and workflows that make the trains run on time.
Customers need to have great experiences, even as they encounter edge cases, experimental features, and customer support. The business team wants to experiment with product features without waiting on engineering. Engineering wants data to inform their product roadmap and an internal partner who can build and maintain semi-permanent solutions to the challenging problems that aren’t at the top of the product backlog.
You’ll interface with every area of the company, and guide our decision making with perspective about what we can do and the long term consequences of our short term decisions. Help us run fast today and even faster tomorrow.
As a member of the early team you’ll play a huge part in establishing our culture. We’ll work together to create an inspiring work environment where impressive people do their best work, and have fun doing it.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the founders on every part of the business. There are no politics to navigate here - just help the company grow and your career will grow with it.
