What you’ll do

• Collaborate with founders, sales, design and other engineers to solve problems for our users - workers and businesses.

• Contribute to platform, infra and cultural foundations for the company as it continues its explosive growth.

What we’re looking for

• Strong Python fundamentals

• Self-sufficiency: pick a problem and drive results

• Curious to “go to ground” to understand our users and challenge assumptions

• Demonstrated initiative to up-skill oneself

• Clear verbal and written communication

Engineering Team

• We’re a small and mighty team with senior engineers from Airbnb, Amazon, Google, Lyft among others

• We value user-centricity, competence, speed, and having fun

• We’ve been happily remote for the past 4 years

• We embrace independence and take ownership of our projects, yet are also great team players
