Take2 AI is looking for Founding Engineers to become part of our founding team. We are on a mission to reinvent how companies recruit & train talent for high-volume sales roles. We’ve recently closed our $3M seed round from world-class Future of Work investors, and are now gearing up to take our product to the next phase!

The person who fills this role will join our founding team and will work closely with our founders to build new features and iterate our product.

Our leadership team is comprised of Stanford GSB & Engineering alums with deep expertise in AI, a prior exit under our belt and experience building & scaling products at Microsoft. We are putting together a rockstar founding team and are looking to hire 3 founding engineers who can join us in our journey.


  • You have 2-5 years of hands-on experience with software engineering, specifically implementing scalable front-end or back-end components. Full-stack development is a plus.
  • You have worked in large companies or early stage VC-backed startups, and understand best practices when implementing scalable solutions.
  • Other technical experience we’d like to see:
  • Extensive experience with a Javascript-based backend framework such as Node.js.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React etc.
  • Experience with cloud deployments (including CI/CD), testing frameworks and telemetry.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources, databases, third-party APIs and workflows into one scalable system.
  • Experience with responsive design implementation.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as with AWS or Azure.


  • Re-organize our back-end infrastructure and set it up for scale.
  • Put systems in place to efficiently manage engineering processes and resources.
  • Stay closely in the loop with the founders and determine the engineering roadmap.
  • Manage the engineering org, maintaining strict quality standards.
