Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in the United States for a Special Education Needs Teacher. In this role, you will develop and implement specialized instructional strategies tailored to the unique needs of students with diverse learning challenges. Responsibilities include creating individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with parents and other instructors, assessing student progress, and implementing evidence-based teaching methods. The position also involves fostering an inclusive classroom environment, promoting students' personal and academic development, and ensuring alignment with educational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and using differentiated instructional strategies
• Proficiency in classroom management, fostering inclusivity, and adapting teaching methods to meet unique student needs
• Experience in assessing and evaluating student's progress using qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple students' needs and programs
• Certification or licensure in special education and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences is a plus
• A passion for supporting students with diverse learning abilities and fostering their personal and educational growth
