Target Candidate Personas

Persona 1 - The AI & Automation Builder

Candidates who use AI tools or automation platforms to solve problems, experiment with workflows, or reduce manual work.

Persona 2 - The Structured Executor

Candidates are comfortable working with structured data in Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining organized trackers, documentation, or workflows. Basic knowledge of Excel and automation tools.

Persona 3 - The Self-Starter Operator

Candidates who have built something of their own or led execution, such as running college events, campaigns, clubs, side projects, or small initiatives, demonstrated ownership and multitasking ability.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Technical Intuition: Ability to quickly master new tools and "if-this-then-that" logic without a manual.
  • AI/Automation Literacy: Active use of AI to accelerate research, automate data cleaning, and drafting.
  • High Agency: A "figure-it-out" attitude driven by a sense of urgency.

Job Description (JD)

  • Role: Growth & Marketing Operations Intern (2 Openings)

  • Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time opportunity based on performance)
  • Location: This is a Hybrid Role (3 days a week in Noida)
  • Experience: 0-1 year (Internship or prior experience in Growth, Marketing ops, CRM)

  • Campaign Execution: Deploy and monitor multi-channel communication sequences with high precision.
  • Process Automation: Proactively use AI and integration tools to automate repetitive tasks and bridge gaps between different platforms.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, honest records in internal systems to ensure clear reporting.
  • Generalist Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and execute immediate, logical fixes.
