We are looking for a result-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive who can develop a strong understanding of our hiring requirements, organizational structure, and talent needs to support informed recruitment decisions.
The role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, with a strong focus on bulk and high-volume hiring. The candidate will be responsible for proactively sourcing talent, pre-qualifying profiles, coordinating interviews, and preparing qualified candidates for final evaluation by hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring across academic, sales, operations, and support roles
- Drive high-volume hiring through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to bulk & niche hiring
- Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment within tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
