UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience working across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and web browsers. You will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that enhance our products and improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, business development, partnerships, and program management, to evaluate current and upcoming designs.
• Help improve product definition and drive business goals through effective design solutions.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech-focused company.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and how to create seamless experiences across different platforms (iOS, Android, web).
• Experience working with design systems and knowledge of how to maintain them effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
