About the Role:
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale our technical teams by sourcing top talent, running structured and equitable processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll partner closely with our Senior Technical Recruiter, leveraging the existing technical recruiting infrastructure to run your own full-cycle searches. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sourcing foundation and a mix of agency and in-house experience looking to deepen their impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role reports to the Head of People and will collaborate with technical leaders and hiring managers across the company.
What You’ll Do:
Own Searches Across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design:
Run full-cycle recruiting for a set of open roles, partnering closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter and hiring managers to meet headcount goals.
Source Great Talent, Creatively:
Build and manage strong pipelines through proactive outreach, leveraging automation, AI tools, and creative sourcing techniques to surface high-quality, diverse candidates.
Collaborate Across the Business:
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data leaders to define role requirements, build structured interview processes, and drive great hiring decisions.
Leverage and Scale Infrastructure:
Tap into existing systems and best practices while continuously identifying ways to improve tools, workflows, and candidate experience.
Champion Structured and Inclusive Hiring:
Ensure a consistent and equitable experience for all candidates, and contribute to initiatives that support diverse hiring outcomes.
Who You Are:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house roles
Experience hiring across technical roles (engineering, product, data, design) at high-growth startups
Exceptional sourcing skills, with a track record of finding and engaging top talent through creative methods and tooling
Familiarity with sourcing automations, AI-powered tools, and other recruiting tech to improve efficiency and reach
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
