Summary
As we scale, we're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can operate autonomously, move with urgency, and help us attract and close world-class talent. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, outreach, closing candidates, and hiring manager enablement. Our technical hiring bar is high, and we need a recruiter who can creatively solve challenges, leverage data to make decisions, and be a strong partner to hiring teams across the company as new hiring needs arise.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a primary focus on Engineering and AI-related hiring but will be required to flex as the business needs evolve.
Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements, build hiring plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Source passive candidates using creative, scalable, and high-touch engagement strategies.
Further refining structured interview processes, optimizing for efficiency and signal quality.
Utilize Ashby for pipeline tracking, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on hiring metrics.
Support the optimization of our ATS workflows, dashboards, and reporting to help drive data-backed hiring strategies.
Act as an advisor and partner to hiring managers, coaching them on best practices in interviewing, feedback calibration, and closing strategies.
What you will need
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or AI-focused company.
Experience using Ashby
Deep sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and other creative channels.
Excited to work in a fast-paced adaptable environment.
Track record of closing high-caliber technical talent in competitive markets.
Experience building structured, scalable interview processes.
Willingness to work hybrid in Foster City, CA (in office M,W,F)
Attend company gatherings 4 times a year

The overall market range of base compensation for roles in this area of Replit is typically $160K - $185K. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The hybrid role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
