At Preply, our B2B business is growing fast, and our Key Account Managers are at the center of that growth. We work with global companies to help their teams unlock the power of language learning, driving real impact for their employees and business goals.
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our largest and most strategic clients. You’ll build strong relationships with HR and L&D leaders, understand their goals, and help them to create tailored learning solutions that deliver value. From day to day you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping to engage learners, report on progress and prove ROI while expanding existing programs and identifying new opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for our customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients from contract signature to renewal.
- Develop strong relationships with HR and/or L&D executives to understand organization goals’ and align Preply’s solutions.
- Monitor and analyze metrics, including activation and utilisation rates, CSAT /NPS scores, and ROI to drive engagement and identify expansion opportunities.
- Proactively provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously optimize client’s learning programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track progress towards learning goals, address challenges, maintain success plans and reinforce values.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to increase engagement, reduce churn and negotiate contract renewals and expansions.
- Work cross functionally with Sales, CS Ops, Product, and Marketing teams, serving as the voice of the customer and ensuring seamless feedback loops.
What you need to succeed:
- 2-3 years of experience in a B2B company, ideally in the technology/SaaS sector.
- 2 years of experience managing and retaining Key Accounts.
- Fully fluent in English and Polish.
- Proficiency with CRM solutions, online platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, with all levels within our customers teams.
- Empathy and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Degree in Business or equivalent.
