What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach and grow a team of diverse and talented engineers, always looking for opportunities to improve performance and results.
  • Set the vision for the team and create and nurture a culture of high performance.
  • Identifying opportunities of high-ROI projects, aligning and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on these projects.
  • Improve engineering quality and efficiency (e.g. improve workflow, code review, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the whole company from Product, Marketing, Engineering and Design.

What you need to succeed

  • People-Centric Approach and Team Building skills: we’re looking for a person with a passion for building strong, result-oriented teams and having a team as a main means of achieving results.
  • Provide technical expertise: driving engineering best practices, adoption of tools and alignment with architectural standards.
  • Results-Oriented: Driving performance. Motivate team on setting and achieving ambitious, business focused and measurable goals
  • Ethical Leadership: Lead the team by example, demonstrating unwavering commitment to ethical behavior and integrity. Being a moral compass of a team, Instill a culture that values honesty, fairness, and transparency in all engineering endeavors.
