Senior Manager of Customer Service will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the technical support department, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective technical support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive technical support strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Maintaining the OPEX, operational metrics, budget
  • Managing Team leads, Senior specialists to ensure they meet their goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring and analyzing support KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Developing and managing budgets for the team's needs and projects
  • Communicate technical support metrics and results to senior leadership
