You will be joining a small founding team that:

• Has successfully built, scaled and sold companies in the past.
• Built software infrastructure that processed billions of dollars.
• Backed by world-class VCs and operating partners that have invested and built iconic companies.

About the role

What You'll Do

• We're indexing and searching on millions of government documents - at scale, we need to
  • Optimize our existing processes for transforming, indexing and embedding data
  • Optimize our search engine on top of this enormous (text) dataset
• Stay on top of the latest technologies and methodologies in AI and LLMs

What you'll Need

• Proficiency in Python
• Past experience and/or research in optimization and search, NLP
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

And most importantly — humility towards the problems facing our customers and a deep desire to solve them.

Annual Base Salary Range (Toronto):

$150,000—$200,000 CAD
