You will be joining a small founding team that:

About the role
What You'll Do
- We're indexing and searching on millions of government documents - at scale, we need to
- Optimize our existing processes for transforming, indexing and embedding data
- Optimize our search engine on top of this enormous (text) dataset
- Stay on top of the latest technologies and methodologies in AI and LLMs
What you'll Need
- Proficiency in Python
- Past experience and/or research in optimization and search, NLP
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft

Annual Base Salary Range (Toronto):
$150,000—$200,000 CAD
