We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to be part of the team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable server-side applications and APIs. This role requires strong skills in Python web frameworks, database management, and a foundational understanding of integrating AI capabilities. The engineer will ensure high performance and reliability of all backend services.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience and expertise in Python development.

• Proven experience with the FastAPI framework.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and relational database management.

• Experience leveraging AI agents into the development lifecycle.

• Strong experience consuming AI providers API’s for structured LLM-generated content.

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Experience managing, monitoring, and debugging production environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing browser extensions

• Desktop development capabilities (macOS, Windows) using modern frameworks (QT, Electron)

• Proficiency with AWS or another leading cloud platform.

• Familiarity with Docker throughout the development lifecycle and in live environments.
