We’re looking for a high-potential, early-career engineer — someone who lives and breathes AI, learns obsessively, builds side projects for fun, and wants to grow into a full-stack or backend specialist. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with senior engineers and the CTO, contribute to real product features, and learn modern development practices across the stack.
You’ll be involved in shaping our AI-integrated workflows, helping prototype new features, improving internal tools, and strengthening the product experience. If you're the kind of person who installed OpenAI’s SDK before reading the docs, or who breaks things because you’re too curious — this role is for you.
This is not a “task executor” position; it’s a launchpad. We’ll coach you, but you’ll be expected to ship, ask smart questions, and grow fast.
What You’ll Do
Design clean, intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services.
Integrate AI agents and workflows into product experiences.
Ensure reliability, observability, and performance in production.
-
Contribute to engineering standards and mentor teammates.
Technical Requirements
Solid understanding of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Basic React or backend framework experience (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Node).
Comfortable writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
Familiarity using APIs (REST/GraphQL), especially AI providers.
Strong desire to learn how to design APIs, build production services, and write maintainable code.
Curiosity about LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into product experiences
-
Portfolio of side projects, GitHub repos, or school projects that show initiative
Nice to Have
Experience building toy LLM agents or using LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
Some exposure to Docker, Linux, or cloud platforms
Built a browser extension or small desktop app
Personal interest in UX and how people interact with software
Hackathon participation, open-source contributions, or fun AI side projects
