This position offers a two-year salary guarantee and an RVU-based compensation model thereafter. The role provides an opportunity to work within a large OBGYN department with a manageable patient load and a 4-day work week.

Practice Info

• Over 20 OBGYN providers in the department
• Average of 11 patients per day in clinic
• Stable and growing group

Compensation

• Starting base salary: $575,000
• Two-year salary guarantee
• Sign-on bonus
• RVU based compensation model starting in year 2
