Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced and empathetic Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its highly regarded midwifery practice, The Center for Women's Health. This role offers the opportunity to provide full-scope midwifery care, including office-based and hospital support, within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to patient-centered care for generations of women at the Jersey Shore.
Practice Info
- Full scope Midwifery practice providing office based and hospital support/coverage for patients
- Offices in Avon and Brick
- Practice consists of three full time Certified Nurse Midwives
- Independent practice with two office locations
- Supportive collaborative physician relationship
- Care for maternity patients at Jersey Shore University Medical Center
- Support unmedicated birth options such as hydrotherapy, as well as utilizing epidurals for pain relief
- Offer well woman gynecological health care from the teen years through menopause and beyond
Responsibilities
- Provides obstetrical services to prenatal patients throughout pregnancy
- Orders lab work and tests in accordance with national standards
- Provides education and support to prenatal patients and families
- Documents assessment and plan for each patient in accordance to approved standards
Compensation
- Highly competitive compensation package
- Minimum rate of $124,571.20 Annually
- Eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions
- Eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts

Requirements
- Licensed in New Jersey
- Minimum of one year experience
- Working knowledge of an EMR is highly desired
- Licensed Board Certified/Board eligible CNM Certified Midwife
- BSN, MSN, Graduate of an Accredited Midwifery Program
- NJ RN and CNM required
- AMCB, NRP, BLS Certifications
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, ethics, professionalism, adaptability and determination
