This hospital-based position offers the opportunity to work in a wonderfully established practice with procedures taking place at Atrium Health-Pineville Hospital, a top-rated maternity hospital. The role provides flexible scheduling options, including rotating day/night shifts or a nocturnist schedule, and focuses on delivering comprehensive maternity services.

Practice Info

• Established practice with 14 Physicians and 12 Advanced Practice Providers
• 200 monthly deliveries at Atrium Health Pineville
• Located in South Charlotte Ballantyne area
• Hospital-based position with no outpatient/office requirements
• 2 CNMs and MD always on call

Compensation

• Pay Range $54.90 - $82.35
• Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training
• Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job

Shift & Schedule

• Full time
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Hybrid: Office, 24 hour and 12 hour calls
• Flexible scheduling rotation
• Flexibility for candidates interested in either a rotating day/night shifts or nocturnist schedule
• Rotating shifts include 7a-7pm, 7p-7a, and 7a-7a
• Nocturnist shifts include 3-4 nights per week 7p-7a (inclusive of weekends)

Requirements

• License to practice as a Registered Nurse required
• Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the state of NC/SC
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider from AHA required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified
• Minimum 1 year as a CNM or 5 years' experience in labor and delivery
