Compensation
- Variable compensation: base salary + productivity bonus

Requirements
- Ability to build strong rapport with patients of all ages
- Demonstrates clinical decision-making, leadership, and accountability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients and care teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, outpatient environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in EMR systems
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required
- Previous EMR experience required
