AllerVie is seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their growing practices in Northern Maryland. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing allergic diseases and immune system conditions in a broad spectrum of pediatric and adult patients. The successful candidate will join a crucial workforce dedicated to providing meaningful care and service to allergy patients.

• Well-established, full-service allergy/immunology practice
• Turn-key operation with patients, equipment, experienced staff, and office space
• Broad spectrum of pediatric and adult patients

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and help prevent allergic diseases and disease processes affecting the immune system

Compensation

• Variable compensation: base salary + productivity bonus
• Opportunities to participate in research studies for additional compensation opportunities
• $135,000 - $150,000

Requirements

• Ability to build strong rapport with patients of all ages
• Demonstrates clinical decision-making, leadership, and accountability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with patients and care teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, outpatient environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in EMR systems
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required
• Previous EMR experience required
