Compensation
- Tier 1 (0-5 Years) - $220,000
- Tier 2 (5-9 Years) - $230,000
- Tier 3 (10+ Years) - $240,000
- $25,000 sign on bonus for each tier for 1 year commitment or $75,000 for 3 years commitment
- $10,000 referral bonus
- Sign-on call bonus $30,000
- Additional Pay -$220/hr.
- Beeper Call (MLH hospitals only)
- $200/hr. if called in (per diem)
- $220/hr. if called in (FTE)
- BMH Mon-Fri (7p-11p only) - $35/hr. and Sat/Sun -$500
- LMC & RH - $25/hr.
- PH - $35/hr.
