Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Full-Time Independent Practice CRNA to join their team at St. Joseph's Medical Center. This role involves anchoring mid-week coverage with a recurring Wednesday First Call (24-Hour) shift. The position offers a high level of clinical autonomy and a leading compensation package in California.

Practice Info

• Facility: St. Joseph's Medical Center (Stockton, CA) - A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center
• Practice Model: Full Independent Practice with no medical direction
• Scope: Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases
• Team: Work alongside 14 physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians
• Case Mix: Approximately 14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology
• Academic: Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program

Compensation

• Annualized Salary (Inclusive of call stipend): 5+ Years: $415,611.20
• Annualized Salary (Inclusive of call stipend): 2-5 Years: $390,609.60
• Annualized Salary (Inclusive of call stipend): 0-2 Years: $380,604.80
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000-$60,000 (dependent on time of commitment)
• CME Allowance: $3,000 annually
• Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired

Requirements

• Active California RN and CRNA License
