Anesthesia Associates of Gainesville is expanding its private practice and seeking Anesthesiologists for low call frequency positions. This role offers a diverse caseload across various institutions, from ambulatory surgery centers to a Level 1 trauma hospital. Responsibilities

• Insert central lines (for cardiac team anesthetists)
• Insert spinal/epidurals (for OB anesthetists)

Compensation

• Salaries between $251,960-$324,500+ depending on call schedule and experience
• Premium pay for extra shifts worked
• Cardiac bonus for cardiac team anesthetists who insert central lines
• Sign-on bonus available - paid early or while a student
• Time and 1/2 pay for hours greater than 40 in a week

Shift & Schedule

• Low call frequency positions (Day Call)
• Flexible call scheduling - you assist in picking your call shift dates
• Day Call option includes 4 weekends per year, with ability to opt out or increase weekend coverage for more pay
• Night Call option includes 1-week-on followed by 1-week-off (subject to availability)
• OB Call option includes primarily OB work, with occasional OR time (subject to availability)
