STRIDE Community Health Center is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide direct patient care to women, including gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum care, and offer clinical leadership in perinatal services. Responsibilities

• Follows evidenced-based practice guidelines and standards of care
• Provides direct patient care to women from menarche to end of life
• Evaluates and treats patients for gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum concerns
• Provides family planning and contraceptive services
• Performs newborn assessment at first post-birth appointment
• Arranges referrals and consultation for patients with healthcare needs beyond the scope of practice
• Coordinates group visits as needed for women's health education sessions
• Communicates and coordinates with hospitals for scheduling inductions and cesareans as needed

Compensation

• Competitive salary range of $108,000 - $125,000, depending on your experience

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Requirements

• Previous experience as a nurse midwife in a clinical setting is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge in primary care specialty
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), AMCB Certified
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• BLS/CPR certification
