Atlantic Health is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their growing service line at Morristown Medical Center. This role involves providing high-quality, direct patient care on the labor and delivery floor, supported by a multidisciplinary team. The CNM will play an integral part in the obstetric care team, making a difference in the community.

Practice Info

• Work inpatient on the labor and delivery floor at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center
• Support from board-certified obstetricians, social workers, nutritionists, and nurses
• Collaboration with an experienced team of midwives and a dynamic, multidisciplinary OB/GYN team
• Baby-friendly designated hospital
• State-of-the-art labor and delivery unit and maternity department with 54 private patient rooms, including four birthing tubs
• Delivers more than 5,400 babies each year

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care by diagnosing, monitoring and examining women intrapartum and postpartum labor and discharge home
• Complete medical records
• Submit billing

Compensation

• Minimum Salary (Hourly Rate): $58.56
• Maximum Salary (Hourly Rate): $103.06

Requirements

• Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board
• Must be licensed as registered nurse (RN) or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• BLS certification required
• Ob/Gyn experience required
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
