Novus Anesthesia Partners is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their stable, independent practice at Clarinda Regional Health Center. This role offers the opportunity to work in a solo practitioner capacity within a positive and supportive hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent practice experience, including regional and neuraxial anesthesia, to manage a diverse caseload primarily driven by procedural needs.

• Stable, independent CRNA practice at Clarinda Regional Health Center since 2021
• Solo practitioner capacity
• Caseload is primarily procedural driven and includes: General, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Ob/Gyn, ENT and Urology

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Compensation

• $273,000 1099 option
• Housing provided
• Malpractice Paid: Yes ($1 mill/ $3 mill)

Requirements

• Candidates with strong independent practice experience including regional and neuraxial anesthesia
• Meet state licensure requirements
• Complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges
• Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
• Solid decision-making ability
• Current certification as a CRNA with an IA license, controlled substance and DEA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
