Central Vermont Medical Center (CVMC), in partnership with the University of Vermont Health, is seeking an experienced and skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join their team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive midwifery services, including office-based antepartum and gynecologic care, intrapartum care, and surgical first assist for cesarean births. This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative care model with supportive OB/GYN backup and easy access to MFM consultation.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of full-time full-scope midwifery experience (minimum of two years required)
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing
  • Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
  • Active or pending RN and APRN licenses in the State of Vermont
  • Current NRP and BLS certifications
