Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA to join their CRNA-only team at MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas in Tawas City, MI. This role offers a full scope of practice within a supportive environment. The position features a unique schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Info

• CRNA-only model (surgeon supervised)
• 4 ORs, 1 C-Section OR, 1 MPR
• 47 beds
• Approximately 2,500 cases per year
• Cases include General, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, plastics
• No heads, no hearts cases

Compensation

• 1099 Compensation: $180/hour
• Referral bonus of up to $5,000 if hired

Shift & Schedule

• Call is 1:2
• Facility runs 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule
• Typical day: 7 am - 3 pm
• Work a total of 26 weeks a year with an ideal schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off

• Active MI license
• Board certification required
