US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join their expanding practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time, call-taking position involves working with a large team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists across multiple Lee Health locations. The role offers a diverse caseload, including complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, and labor and delivery procedures, providing a stimulating clinical environment.

Practice Info

• Join a team of 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists
• Provide over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral
• Work across three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers
• Care team model ratio varies from 1:2 to 1:4 depending upon staffing and type of case
• Opportunity to earn additional compensation for doing pediatric and cardiac cases
• Breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesiology care from complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, and over 6,000 annual labor and delivery procedures

Compensation

• Highly competitive salaries starting at $230,000
• Up to $60,000 stipend for those who dual specialize ($35,000 for single specialty)
• Daily shift premium time
• Additional compensation for call
• Opportunity to earn additional compensation for doing pediatric and cardiac cases
• $25,000, $50,000, and $90,000 sign-on bonus
