Responsibilities
- Participate in the assessment and identification of patients referred to Interventional Radiology Services
- Assist in the preparation of patients for Interventional Procedures, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of peri-procedural care
- Become proficient and maintain proficiency in basic image-guided procedures, including biopsies, fluoroscopic-guided lumbar puncture, myelogram, arthrogram, port studies, tube checks, and ultrasound-guided paracentesis, thoracentesis, and thyroid FNA
- Collaborate with supervising Radiologists in the development of a differential diagnosis of the presenting problem
- Participate in devising and implementing a management plan
Compensation
- Salary Range: $95,000 to $130,000 / Year

- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practitioner school
- Certified by an appropriate certifying body and approved by the Wisconsin Board of Medicine
- Adept at advanced physical assessments
- ACLS/BLS certified
- Able to acquire and maintain knowledge of both oral and IV anticoagulation therapies with safety in interventional procedures
- Collaborative, committed to a team environment, and focused on quality patient care
