Role Description
As a Contract GTM Recruiter focused on our Revenue organization, you will identify and attract top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent that aligns with our growth objectives. You bring a deep understanding of the GTM hiring journey and are energized by the fast pace of a scaling startup. In this role, you will be responsible for refining sourcing strategies and driving excellence in hiring processes, contributing directly to scaling our revenue-generating teams and shaping our long-term success.
This is a 3-month contract position, specifically focused on full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market organization, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will drive the following outcomes:
Full-Cycle Recruitment for Revenue Roles: Own the recruitment process for specialized GTM positions (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and RevOps), from job posting and sourcing to offer.
Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber, passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools and creative networking strategies.
Process Management: Manage all candidate activity and scheduling, ensuring data integrity, high-velocity movement through the funnel, and accurate reporting.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Revenue hiring managers, offering market insights and regular updates on candidate progress to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback, maintaining a high positive feedback rate from the market.
Qualifications/Competencies/Skills
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
GTM Market Understanding: Deep understanding of revenue roles, including sales cycles, OTE structures, and industry trends within SaaS and Tech.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, including VPs of Sales and Marketing.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve hiring strategies, and provide insights to the broader team.
Sourcing Expertise: Advanced ability to proactively source and attract top-tier GTM talent through various channels (networking, referrals, and specialized sourcing platforms).
Required vs. Preferred Experience
Required Experience:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on GTM/Revenue positions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with complex compensation packages.
Previous experience using data to inform recruitment strategies, such as tracking conversion rates and time-to-hire.
Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Strongly Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS: Deep familiarity with Ashby’s workflow, automated sequences, and reporting suite.

Experience with Juicebox: Proven ability to use Juicebox for AI-powered sourcing and candidate discovery.
