The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint within the telecommunications sector, driving sales strategy, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the Telco ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Focus: Begin by signing our first customers in the US, generating leads, and closing deals worldwide. This will include building strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
- Leadership Development: As the role progresses, transition into leading regional teams by working with leaders from each region to ensure consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Growth: Continue to grow our existing telco customer base by understanding their needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and secure new telco customers.
- Sales Execution: Lead sales initiatives with a focus on telco cloud services, leveraging knowledge in 5G, OpenRAN, and NFV.
- Market Presence: Represent LabLabee in industry bodies like GSMA, ETSI, TM Forum, and TIP to enhance our visibility and influence in the telco ecosystem.
- B2B SaaS Sales: Drive sales of our innovative B2B SaaS solutions to telco companies, effectively closing complex deals.
Skills and Tools:
- Sales Methodologies: Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies, including MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion) to qualify opportunities, and Human-Centric Selling to build strong, empathetic relationships with clients.
- Telco Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the telecommunications market, including the key challenges, opportunities, and trends within the telco and telco cloud ecosystem.
- High Proficiency in CRM: Expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot is essential for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Productivity Tools: Familiarity with tools like Airtable and Notion to streamline workflows and project management.
Target Customers: The focus will be on engaging customers in sectors such as telecommunications, industrials, vendors, systems integrators (SIs), and the broader telco and telco cloud ecosystem.
