In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Your impact
Handshake’s mission is to democratize access to opportunity by helping every student and early career professional find a great job—no matter where they’re from, what school they attend, or who they know. To achieve that, we must ensure every student discovers Handshake at the right moment in their journey.
As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations in the Product team at Handshake, you’ll be at the center of product execution—turning bold ideas into high-velocity launches while instrumenting the systems that help us move faster and smarter. You’ll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to orchestrate strategy, streamline operations, and apply the latest in AI tooling to reduce friction and increase clarity across the organization.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious operator to get inside the engine room of a high-growth, multi-sided marketplace. You’ll learn what it takes to scale systems, tools, and teams—and make a tangible impact on students’ careers and employer success.

Through clear, data-driven communication, you’ll help leadership and teams stay informed, focused, and continuously improving how they operate.
