As the Senior Product Manager, Feed, you’ll lead the strategy to turn our Feed into a vibrant, personalized destination that helps students grow their careers every time they open the app. You’ll help students stay in the loop, feel seen, and take action — not just when they’re job searching, but every day in between.

Your Role
Shape the Vision. Define a bold and differentiated product strategy for the Feed that ladders up into our Content & Community vision and company goals.
Lead the Way. Inspire your cross-functional team and represent your product area to senior leadership. You'll translate high-level strategy into a focused roadmap that delivers results.
Drive Impact. Set clear, measurable goals — and ensure the team is relentlessly driving toward them.
Plan & Prioritize. Own the roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, data, and marketing. You’ll also influence adjacent teams (e.g., Career Events, Employer Paid Products) to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
Champion the User. You’ll bring deep insight into the student experience — through user research, experimentation, and data — and use it to shape every product decision.
Your Experience
You’re a customer-obsessed product leader with a track record of building lovable consumer products.
You’ve launched and scaled a social or content-based product with over 1M+ MAUs — and ideally know what it takes to build retention into a daily feed.
You think in systems and design products that create strong network effects.
You bring data savvy — using qualitative and quantitative insights to shape strategy, optimize UX, and measure success.
You understand marketplace dynamics and know how to design with multiple audiences in mind.

Experience launching zero-to-one products in a consumer social or community space.
Experience managing large-scale consumer platforms with 10M+ users.
