About the role

Description

inquirED’s Partner Experience team is seeking an Implementation Coordinator that will serve as an on-site representative of inquirED in Clark County, NV. This role works closely with district leadership to strategically plan for implementation, providing support and recommendations that connect to district-specific goals. The Implementation Coordinator also has a strong understanding of effective professional learning for educators, with the ability to connect professional learning to teaching practice and impact by engaging educators in the same kind of inquiry-based learning their students will receive.

Responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with district leadership to develop pacing guides, identifying opportunities to emphasize alignment between ELA and social studies

  • Designing and facilitating professional learning for teachers, learning strategists, and administrators to support the implementation of Inquiry Journeys

  • Coordinating logistics for elementary social studies professional learning

  • Supporting the Clark County School District with walkthroughs and high-level PLC conversations around school implementation, progress, and improvement

  • Facilitating district- and regional-level progress monitoring reviews – mid and end of year that leverage data points to help monitor use, implementation, progress, and improvement

  • Ensuring consistency of communication across the district and aligned to Clark County School District Social Studies Department goals

  • Providing ongoing support to teachers, school leaders, and the district with utilization and personalization of Inquiry Journeys, including virtual office hours

Requirements
  • Knowledge of/experience with inquiry-based learning

  • 2+ years of teaching and/or educational leadership experience

  • Experience creating curriculum documentation, such as pacing guides, standards correlation, etc.

  • Expertise in adult learning theory, presentation and training skills

  • Data-driven and logistically minded

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity

  • Local to Clark County preferred

  • Travel required

The base compensation range for this role is $60,000-75,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
