GTM Associate (US Expansion)
Mexico City, Mexico
📍 Mexico City | Full-Time | Hybrid
Help launch one of the fastest-growing education organizations into the U.S. 🚀
We're looking for ambitious builders who want to do more than generate leads.
As one of our first GTM Associates focused on the U.S. market, you'll help shape how Innovamat expands across Texas and beyond. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships with school districts, test new outreach strategies, and work directly with senior leadership to accelerate our growth.
If you enjoy solving difficult problems, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to build something meaningful from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.
About Innovamat
Innovamat is a fast-growing global education organization transforming how mathematics is taught around the world.
Headquartered in Barcelona, with a growing U.S. presence across New York, California, Texas and beyond, we’re now entering a pivotal stage of expansion. Our network is already active in multiple states, and growing every month.
Backed by leading thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), we sit at the intersection of learning science, product innovation, and execution.
We operate with a true startup mindset — we move fast, take ownership, experiment constantly, and are deeply driven by the impact we create for teachers and students.
This is a launch-stage opportunity where you’ll help us open doors, create momentum, build pipeline, and establish Innovamat in one of the biggest education markets in the United States.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in opening new markets across the United States. Your day-to-day will include:
Research and identify new school district opportunities across the U.S.
Build relationships with district leaders through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting
Generate high-quality meetings for our Growth team
Experiment with messaging, sequences, and GTM strategies to continuously improve results
Work closely with Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to influence how we expand into new territories
Share market insights that shape our commercial strategy
Take ownership of strategic projects beyond traditional outbound prospecting
Who You Are
We're looking for people with ambition, curiosity, and a builder mentality. You might be a great fit if you:
Have 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, business development, consulting, operations, startups, customer-facing roles, or other high-performance environments
Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
Are resilient and see rejection as part of the learning process
Love solving problems and figuring things out
Communicate confidently in English (written and spoken)
Take ownership and move quickly without waiting for perfect instructions
Want to grow your career inside a fast-scaling international company
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working with education organizations, school districts, or other mission-driven organizations
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Startup experience
Experience working with U.S. customers
Why Join Innovamat?
This isn't a traditional BDR role. You'll have the opportunity to:
Help launch new U.S. markets from day one
Work directly with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, and Strategy
Influence GTM decisions—not just execute them
Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced leaders
Grow into broader commercial, strategy, or leadership roles as the company scales
