Your Mission 🎯

As Head of Operations Americas, you will act as a strategic right hand to the Global Head of Operations during one of the most important moments of our company: scaling.

This is a highly hands-on, high-impact Chief of Staff type of position—someone who can move between strategy and execution, helping us scale smarter, faster, and with strong operational foundations.

You will drive alignment across local business teams, centralized operational teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Support), and HQ leadership in Spain.

Your goal: bring structure to growth, solve operational complexity, and ensure our Americas region scales efficiently and sustainably.

Your Day to Day 🏁

Act as the operational right hand to the Global Head of Operations across the Americas region
Lead high-priority cross-functional projects tied to growth and scalability
Improve and optimize operational processes across Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps—and solve them fast
Ensure strong alignment between local teams, Mexico operations, and HQ leadership
Translate global frameworks into practical local execution
Support market expansion and operational readiness across the region
Build reporting structures and decision-making frameworks
Go deep into execution when needed—this role is strategic and hands-on

What Are We Looking For? 🔍

Strong background in Operations, Strategy, Business, Consulting, Engineering, or similar
Experience in fast-growing, high-performance environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with high visibility
Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Regional Operations, or Consulting is highly valued
Strong process mindset with the ability to both design systems and execute
Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills
High ownership, resilience, and execution mindset
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with AI tools to improve processes
Fluency in English and Spanish
