About Innovamat

Innovamat is transforming K–8 math education across the U.S. and beyond — and we’re just getting started.

We’re a fast-growing global EdTech startup with 300+ teammates across 10 countries, building a new generation of math education grounded in research, teacher empowerment, and real classroom impact. Our curriculum, intervention programs, and adaptive technology are already trusted by 27,000+ teachers in 2,600+ schools worldwide, and our expansion in the U.S. is accelerating.

Backed by world-class thinkers like Peter Liljedahl (Building Thinking Classrooms), Innovamat sits at the intersection of learning science, product innovation, and execution.

We move fast, experiment constantly, and care deeply about the outcomes we create for teachers and students.

Math should be joyful, meaningful, and transformational — not worksheets and rote memorization. We partner with districts and educators to reimagine what math classrooms can look like.

This is a chance to join early in our U.S. growth story and help build something from the ground up.

The Role

We're looking for our Founding Regional Manager: someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and founder mentality who will help launch and grow Innovamat’s presence in Texas while shaping how we scale district partnerships across the U.S.

You'll own the full sales cycle with school districts, from opening doors with district leaders to securing long-term partnerships that transform how math is taught in classrooms.

Our go-to-market motion in the U.S. is early and evolving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys not only closing deals, but also thinking about how to improve the motion behind them — refining outreach, territory strategy, and the district engagement playbook as we grow.

This is a foundational hire with significant upside: meaningful ownership, organizational visibility and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how Innovamat scales in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: Lead district partnerships from prospecting to signed agreements — including outreach, first meetings, pilots, and closing.

Launch and grow the territory: Develop Innovamat’s presence across Texas by identifying and building relationships with district leaders.

Open doors with districts: Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, conferences, and local presence in the education community.

Lead consultative conversations: Engage district leaders in meaningful discussions about their math challenges and introduce Innovamat’s research-backed approach.

Collaborate to close: Partner closely with Math Success Managers, Strategy, and Marketing teams to deliver demos, pilots, and secure partnerships.

Contribute to strategic initiatives: Bring insights from the field and participate in strategic projects that support Innovamat’s U.S. expansion.

Refine the go-to-market motion: Identify patterns in district engagement and messaging to help sharpen how we scale partnerships across new regions.

Be the face of Innovamat locally: Represent Innovamat at conferences, events, and district meetings to expand our visibility and credibility in the region.

What We’re Looking For

Entrepreneurial spirit: You approach opportunities with ownership and initiative and enjoy creating momentum from scratch.

Experience operating in fast-moving environments: 3+ years of experience in startups, consulting, venture-backed companies, tech, or other fast-paced business environments where initiative, ownership, and results are expected.

Founder mentality: You think beyond your individual role and care about improving systems, processes, and outcomes for the broader team.

Closing ability: Experience owning the full sales cycle or operating in a high-performance environment where you've consistently delivered results.

Resilience: You’re energized by the challenge of opening doors and navigating complex decision-making environments.

Relationship intelligence: You enjoy building trust with senior stakeholders and understanding how institutions make decisions.

Learning mindset: Excited to develop a deep understanding of math education and how districts adopt new solutions.

Location: Based in Texas (Dallas or Austin preferred) and willing to travel ~50%.

What Makes You Stand Out

You demonstrate ownership and initiative beyond your job description

You naturally think about how to improve processes and strategy

You’re curious about education, learning science, and systemic change

You thrive in environments where impact is visible and responsibility is high

What We Offer You

Competitive compensation: Base salary $80K–$90K, OTE $110K+

401(k) match: 5% company match to support your long-term financial wellbeing.

Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision 100% premium coverage to support you and your family.

Work alongside brilliant minds: Collaborate with leading educators, mathematicians, and researchers who are actively shaping the future of math education.

A collaborative team with real camaraderie: You’ll join a high-trust, supportive environment where people genuinely enjoy working together, sharing ideas, and solving challenges as a team.

Meaningful ownership and visibility: As an early member of the U.S. expansion, your work will have real influence on how we grow and scale.

Exposure across the organization: Work closely with growth, strategy, marketing, and math success teams, contributing ideas and insights that shape how we expand.

Mission-driven work: Help transform how thousands of students experience math and make learning more joyful and meaningful.

Time to recharge: 22+ days PTO plus a company-wide holiday shutdown week during Christmas.
