Innovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. Its mission is to help improve how this science is taught by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.

Since its founding in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat has partnered with 27,000 teachers from more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, inspiring more than 600,000 students to build strong math foundations and instill a passion for learning.

Your mission🎯

You will be the engine behind Innovamat’s growth. As part of the Operations Team, your goal is to build the bridge between raw data and business impact. You won’t just be "doing tasks"; you will be designing the workflows and managing the data architecture that allows our global teams (from Sales to Marketing) to scale without breaking.

Your day to day at Innovamat 🏁

Architecting Data & Systems: You’ll maintain and optimize the databases that power our global interaction tools. You ensure data is clean, reliable, and structured so that every department can make decisions based on facts, not guesses.
Operational Excellence: You’ll design and support complex workflows and segmentations. You are the "technical brain" that makes sure high-impact global actions execute flawlessly.
Insights & Performance: You won’t just look at numbers; you’ll tell stories with them. You’ll analyze performance across different channels to provide actionable insights that drive our global strategy.
Process Engineering: You will identify bottlenecks in how we handle leads and information, proposing and implementing automations that make us faster and smarter.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work at the intersection of various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the entire Revenue ecosystem.
Scalability Champion: You’ll constantly ask yourself: "Can we do this 10x bigger?" You will help implement the internal tools and logic needed for Innovamat’s international expansion.

What are we looking for? 🔍

Availability to work on-site at our Sant Cugat (Barcelona) offices is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, or any STEM-related or data-driven field.
Strong interest in process optimization, marketing technology, CRM governance and data analytics.
Experience or willingness to quickly learn how to work with spreadsheets, structured datasets, segmentation logic and campaign-related data models.
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about processes, metrics and data quality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diferents teams.
High degree of autonomy, ownership and problem-solving attitude; you enjoy making processes more efficient and scalable.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
And above all… a desire to grow, learn, and make an impact in an environment where technical depth and creativity build the foundation for work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and other Revenue teams.
