Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Your Mission

As a Learning Development Partner/Manager at FourthRev, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our educational products align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional learning experiences. Your mission is to champion the quality and integrity of learning across all products, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to create career-focused learning experiences. This role demands a blend of skills in auditing, liaison, quality assurance, and learning experience design, making you the custodian of FourthRev's commitment to excellence in digital education.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like With Us

  • Collaborate with the Head of Programme Development and a multi-disciplinary team of experts to align learning experiences with product strategy and market needs
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day design, detailed storyboarding, and implementation of FourthRev's pedagogic framework for practice and project-based learning, supporting the development of world-class career-first education programmes
  • Liaise with external specialists and SMEs to ensure outsourced learning design and development meet course and learner expectations and align with programme/course learning objectives
  • Maintain agreed quality standards for all learning products by supporting learning updates and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead backwards design workshops with partners, SLs, SMEs, and media producers to develop detailed design specifications
  • Oversee filming and product development activities at partner locations in the UK
  • Develop and maintain template resources, ensuring their use in the production of all new projects
  • Champion the integration of instructional design principles and user experience in product development
  • Run quality assurance processes for learning materials, including written content, graphical materials, video materials, and assessment tasks
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of learning products by incorporating feedback from learners and partners and through research-led product enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning experience initiatives
  • Manage projects related to learning design and development, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget


Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Education, Digital Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in EdTech, specifically in designing and developing digital learning experiences
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, learning technology, and ensuring high-quality user experiences
  • Experience working in an academic, university setting with graduate and post-graduate qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with external specialists and SMEs in a collaborative environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of how to develop and work effectively with a freelance pool
  • Knowledge of Agile and user-centric design principles, with a focus on delivering impactful learning experiences
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding projects to success
  • A passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the digital economy through innovative learning solutions
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the education sector
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning programmes and make data-driven improvements
