Partnering with schools and districts, we offer on-demand, chat-based coaching to students in grades 3-12. Our professional coaches, experienced in education and/or mental health, are trained to provide pre-clinical mental wellness coaching via our innovative chat-based platform.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Director of Coach Education, a role that is pivotal in elevating our training program to unparalleled heights.

The right candidate has a track record of designing and executing impactful and engaging learning experiences and programs.

As the innovative leader of coach education at Clayful, you will be responsible for transforming our existing training program into a globally recognized benchmark for coach training excellence.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Craft and communicate a forward-thinking vision and objectives for the coach training program.

Program Development & Implementation: Innovate and implement a comprehensive training program that sets a new standard in coach education.

Feedback & Evaluation: Establish ongoing evaluation processes to integrate student and coach feedback, driving continuous program enhancement.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental wellness coaching, ensuring our training remains cutting-edge and industry-aligned.

External Engagement & Partnerships: Act as Clayful's ambassador in professional circles, enhancing our visibility and expanding our network. Collaborate with clinical advisors and industry experts to maintain research-based, standard-aligned practices.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience designing and executing impactful and engaging learning experiences
• The ability to take complex ideas and simplify them for others
• Exceptional strategic and visionary thinking
• Graphic design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design a plus
