As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing partnerships with schools and districts to integrate mental wellness coaching and education into students' daily lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to introduce a groundbreaking category of educational technology (EdTech) to the market.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, possess excellent sales skills, thrive in a startup environment and get excited about building meaningful relationships in a deeply emotional sales context.
Develop and execute a partnership strategy to establish relationships with schools and districts, aiming to integrate mental wellness coaching and education programs into schools and districts.
Employ a top-down selling approach to engage key decision-makers at the district level, rather than relying on teacher-led product growth. Leverage your exceptional networking skills to establish connections and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including district administrators, school principals, and influential individuals in the education community.
Facilitate tactful and nuanced conversations around sensitive topics, such as suicide and school shootings, by effectively addressing the real safety concerns in schools and highlighting Clayful as a life-changing, life-saving solution.
Become a trusted thought leader in mental wellness and educate districts about the various funding streams available to help them secure the necessary financial resources for integrating Clayful into their community.
Fearlessly address objections, overcome challenges, and turn them into opportunities to redefine value and communicate the unique benefits of our offerings.

- A proven track record of success in SaaS sales

- Proven experience in analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth. Strong business acumen and the ability to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-centric approach to sales. Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding the value of customer success and retention in a SaaS business model.
