Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the operational side of our product suite. The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert in key internal platforms and processes, and will act as the go-to person for resolving operational challenges and driving process improvements across the organization. This role will ramp towards becoming a Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) - Develop deep expertise in internal operations and tooling, with potential to expand knowledge to Payments, Loan Verifications, and other user-facing products.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Serve as a key liaison between Product and the User Support and Client Success teams, addressing operational questions and ensuring that any product-related concerns are addressed promptly.
- JIRA Investigation Lead: - Take ownership of investigating and resolving inbound JIRA tickets from User Support that require deeper analysis.
- Census Operations Lead - Monitor and help troubleshoot any internal issues related to internal databases processes, managing traffic control, and addressing any operational concerns.
- Client Operations Contact - Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing internal operational processes related to high-touch clients, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Metrics Monitoring & Reporting - Establish and monitor key internal metrics to proactively identify any anomalies. Distribute weekly reports highlighting notable week-over-week changes and lead initial investigations for any flagged areas.
- Product Enhancement Insights - Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize recurring or high-priority product enhancement requests that aim to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Who You Are:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ready to roll up your sleeves on day 1, with a hunger to grow professionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally with various teams, including product and engineering.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences.
- Experience with product operations, support services, and client success teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business, or related field.
- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to investigate and resolve complex operational issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
