Location

Our team is fully remote and is made up of leaders, creators, visionaries, parents, partners, cycling enthusiasts, winemakers, and champion jugglers (yes, really!) living and working all around the world. This position is open to candidates in the US.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to work closely with our Controller and SVP of Sales. In this role, you will ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting by managing our Salesforce CRM, creating impactful pipeline and partner reports, and overseeing the entire sales cycle. If you excel at building efficient processes, have a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, and enjoy working with billing systems, this opportunity is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
  • Create and maintain pipeline reports to highlight sales performance and forecast revenue
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Setup customer billing setup, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Controller and SVP of Sales to support and bridge finance and sales teams
  • Continuously optimize CRM and other systems for operational excellence
  • Analyze sales and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to align and support company-wide initiatives
  • Track and report on key SaaS metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, and Churn Rate
  • Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards to senior management
  • Use SQL for data extraction and analysis to support reporting needs
  • Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce CRM
  • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics and KPIs, with reporting experience
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about improving processes
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
