About the Role

Campus is seeking someone to co-develop and potentially teach Vibe Coding 101, the first course in a new certificate and degree pathway focused on AI-native software development. This individual will play a critical role in launching a first-of-its-kind program in partnership with Replit and other leading industry partners.

This is a contract role through Fall 2025 to support curriculum development and course launch, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term part-time teaching role, and ultimately help shape a full associate degree program in AI-powered software development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the future of programming, thrives at the intersection of computer science and AI, and is excited to build for a non-traditional student audience.

This is a project-based contract role until launch, that will become a PT hourly role post-launch. You will report to the VP of Academic Operations.

Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Co-develop the Vibe Coding 101 curriculum with Campus and Replit’s education team

  • Design accessible, engaging lessons that blend Python fundamentals with AI-assisted development.

  • Lead weekly 2–3 hour live classes starting October 2025 via Campus’s virtual platform

  • Provide asynchronous support through office hours, project feedback, and mentorship

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and instructional designers to deliver a high-quality experience

  • Adapt course content in response to student needs and real-time platform updates

  • Participate in program strategy conversations as the foundation for a broader degree pathway

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s or Above Preferred

  • Teaching experience at a leading university or bootcamp

  • Experience using or teaching AI tools in software development (e.g., Replit, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to design beginner-friendly learning experiences

  • Excitement about working with non-traditional learners and career changers

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree in CS, Engineering, or Education

  • Experience at a top-tier academic institution or a cutting-edge bootcamp

  • Background in curriculum development or project-based pedagogy

  • Startup mindset: comfort with building fast, iterating, and adapting

Compensation

  • $2,000 stipend for course design and curriculum development (contract basis)

  • $8,000 for teaching Vibe Coding 101 during the Fall 2025 term (10 weeks), Part-Time
