Role Overview: This position involves utilizing clinical nursing expertise to train healthcare professionals on Patient and Hemodynamic monitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-service training to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff for medical device implementation.
• Assess educational needs and tailor training to ensure positive learning experiences.
• Use clinical knowledge to address questions and concerns about the devices.
• Deliver updates, reports, and feedback during and after training sessions.
• Travel regionally and nationally to support clients, with travel paid and driving requirement.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• At least 3 years of recent critical care experience (ICU or ER).
• Experience with hemodynamics and pressure lines essential.
• Comfortable with basic software and travel.
  
  

Additional Details: Training is paid; a minimum of 2 weeks availability per month is needed. Candidates must meet healthcare credentialing and immunization requirements and possess a valid driver’s license. Leadership experience is helpful but not mandatory.
