Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, courteous driving to Medicaid and Medicare members.
• Assist riders as needed to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Use mobile tools to accept rides, follow routes, and track trips.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and document trips accurately.
