Role: MRI Technologist responsible for producing high-quality MRI images and delivering exceptional patient care.

- Operate MRI equipment, including power injectors, following safety protocols and established imaging protocols.
- Interpret normal and abnormal images, report findings, and collaborate with radiologists.
- Manage patient information, reports, and images using HIS, RIS, and PACS systems.
- Interview patients to gather medical history, explain procedures, and ensure MRI safety compliance.
- Identify patients accurately, assist with IV starts, and monitor patient reactions during exams.
- Maintain supplies, assist with equipment maintenance, and document any equipment issues.
- Demonstrate caring, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism in patient interactions.
- High School diploma or GED; completion of accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
- ARRT (R) or ARMRIT (MRI) registration within one year of employment.
- Preferred minimum of one year MRI technologist experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, MRI safety, and patient care standards.
